Our portrait sessions are all created at a location of your choice which may include your favorite park, home, or even an old building or alley.
All proofs are will be posted on our secure website for viewing and ordering.
RETOUCHING
Retouching for blemishes and softening of facial lines is included in print pricing. Additional retouching available upon request and may include: Teeth whitening/tooth repair/ remove clothing wrinkles/replace eyes, smiles or whole heads/eliminate stray hairs/remove objects. Please ask for a quote.
FINISHING SERVICES
All prints are protected and enhanced with a lustre finish.
All 11x14 prints are mounted to art board for ease in framing and durability.
*All of our proofs and prints are protected under federal copyright laws. Duplication of our images in any form without permission is a federal offense.
The sitting fee of $50 is due at time of photography session. Your session will last about 2 hours, include 6-8 poses and 2-3 clothing changes. Full payment for prints is due at time of order.

Props: Props may add a little something to your portraits, so don't hesitate to bring some of your own props, for example, a musical instrument, sunglasses, sports equipment...
Hair & Makeup: Wear your hair style and makeup that you would normally wear. Lip gloss, a bit of cover stick or concealer on blemishes is okay to use. Avoid especially heavily applied make-up. Jewelry should be simple. Large heavy pieces of jewelry detract from your face. Make sure your manicure is complete.
Suntans: Keep your tan even; it becomes too difficult to retouch. Also, make sure you don't over do on the suntan; too dark of skin becomes too yellow and red in photography.
Clothing: Select outfits you like & colors that look best on you. Avoid stripes and bold patterns, since they will detract from you. Avoid sleeveless or very short sleeves. Solid colors photograph the best. Make sure you bring all accessories, i.e. belt, shoes, socks, hat, etc...Coordinate your outfit from head to toe. For outdoor portraits, avoid bright greens as they will clash with the green of the leaves. Black, Khaki, pink, orange, navy, tan, gold, burgundy, dark yellow are great colors for when shooting outside. Stay away from white, pale yellow or other light and pale colors. Have your clothes fit and ironed; please do not wear them to your session.
Glasses: Lenses must be removed from your glasses. Your optometrist will do this for free if you can't do it yourself. Or, borrow a pair of
empty frames from your optometrist that look similar to your own.
They'll often do this for free or for a small $5 deposit that they refund when you return them.
